60 Minute Video On-Demand Consultation

A Zoom Consultation with client about their Vimeo OTT or Uscreen platform. dljworks will assist them on platform setup, answering any questions they may have about content strategy, marketing, technical aspects, and much more.

Terms of Service

Disclaimer: payment for consultations are based on time and time alone. Payment is not based on content or context of said meeting. Client is responsible for any questions asked, etc. to ensure they achieve desired use of time. dljworks will strive to provide requested information, but makes no guarantees that a solution will be reached in one scheduled meeting.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you are in need of rescheduling, please contact me 30 minutes or more before our meeting. If full cancellation is required, please allow 30 minutes or more for notification.

There will be no refunds provided on scheduled meetings where clients are a no-show. The consultation window (using Zoom) will be open during client's scheduled time frame where the service provider, dljworks, will be in attendance. If the client is a no-show or has not given a 30-minute notice for re-scheduling or cancellation, then a refund for the 60-minute time frame will not be granted.

The client is responsible for paying another 60-minute consultation meeting if the initial meeting is missed. Consultation fee is solely based on the time for meeting whether questions get answered or not. Client is paying for the time, not content or context of the meeting.
